Program description

The HouseRenew Lab SMS Program is an optional text messaging program for homeowners in the home services space. Marketing texts share home renovation concepts, room improvement ideas, project planning resources, maintenance tips, and new homeowner tools. Account notifications confirm enrollment, acknowledge saved project plans, deliver requested reminders, and provide preference updates. HouseRenew Lab is a homeowner resource and is not a contractor or service provider.

Message categories

• Account Notifications. Message frequency varies based on account activity. Example first message: "HouseRenew Lab: Account notifications are on. We'll confirm enrollment, saved project plans, and reminders you request. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel. We are a homeowner resource, not a contractor."
• Marketing. Generally up to 4 messages per month. Example first message: "HouseRenew Lab: You're subscribed to renovation ideas, planning resources, and maintenance tips. Up to 4 msgs/mo. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel. We are a homeowner resource, not a contractor."

Opt-in method

You opt in by checking one or both unchecked SMS consent boxes on our contact page or at https://houserenewlab.com/texts, entering a valid mobile number, and submitting the form. Each category requires separate consent. Consent is not a condition of purchase, access, or use of this website.

Message frequency

Marketing messages: up to 4 per month. Account notifications: frequency varies based on your activity and requested reminders.

Msg & data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

STOP instructions

Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT at any time to cancel. You will receive one confirmation: "HouseRenew Lab: You have been unsubscribed and will receive no further messages from this program. Reply START to rejoin." No further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

HELP instructions

Reply HELP for help. You will receive: "HouseRenew Lab: Help for our SMS program. Email support@houserenewlab.com or call +1 (307) 471-0148. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel."

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided. The program is available to US mobile numbers.
